Black Hawk County Gaming Association has created this statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. Our policy addresses the specific relationships between Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the organizations who use our website.

Black Hawk County Gaming Association believes that strong electronic privacy is crucial. We use your information in order to determine whether to award grants and funds to your organization. Your information is not rented, leased or sold to a third party for their own use or profit.

In some circumstances, we will use third party software to determine the origins of our own web traffic, but this software will not be used to obtain personal data such as contact information. We do use cookies to gather IP addresses, which are used to diagnose problems and collect broad demographic data. These cookies can be disabled at any time.

Should your organization be awarded any funds or grants, then the details of that award, along with your organization’s information, will be made public. However, any private or personal information that is not associated with the actual organization, but rather with the individual who was acting on behalf of the organization will not be released.

In some rare circumstances, we will disclose information to third parties if we believe it is needed in order to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who is interfering with the rights and property of us and our users and anyone else who may be harmed by such activities, whether it is intentional or not.
