    $20,000 - Emergency Shelter Support

    The impact of COVID-19 has forced more people to seek emergency overnight shelter, putting a strain on the Salvation Army. The increased need means more staff is necessary.  Funding provided by Black Hawk County Gaming Association will be used for general operating support related to the emergency shelters.
