$574,800 - Details of the District Phase 2Funding from Black Hawk County Gaming Grant will be used to support Phase 2 of the Details of the District project. Phase 2 includes a streetscaping project on 6th Street, reconstruction of East 3rd Street, 4th Street reconstruction and Parkade brick replacements. The improvement include decorative streetlamps, full brick sidewalks and brick replacements.
