Friends of the Waterloo Public Library

The Waterloo Public Library strives to be a safe space for community youth. BHCGA Board members awarded the Friends of the Waterloo Public Library $96,000 to help the library update its youth and teen areas. When the project is complete, the library's teen area will be a separate, closed-in yet safe space for area teens to relax with friends.
