Black Hawk County Gaming Association recently adopted a new funding schedule. Black Hawk County municipalities and 501c3 organizations will have two opportunities each year to submit a Letter of Intent.  The online system will begin accepting Letters of Intent for 2019 projects February 15 for the Spring funding cycle.  The deadline for Spring Letters of Intent is April 15. The Fall funding cycle begins accepting Letters of Intent August 15 with a deadline of OCtober 15.  Letters of Intent for projects from Butler, Buchanan, Bremer, Chickasaw, Grundy and Tama will have one deadline each year.  The grants management system will accept Letters of Intent for those countiesOct. 15 – January 15.
