The BHCGA Board of Directors typically meets on the third Monday of each month at the time and location listed below. Please note that meeting dates and locations are subject to change based on scheduling needs or other circumstances.

Black Hawk County Gaming Association Board Meetings are open to the public, in accordance with Iowa Code, Chapters 21. Changes to the information posted above will be updated at least one week prior to the meeting date. Board agendas are physically posted on the front window of the Union Block building at 114 E. 4th Street per Iowa's Open Meeting Laws.
Public Participation
Members of the public may request to present information to the Board. To do so, prior approval is required, and the individual must be included on the official meeting agenda.
Requests to be added to the agenda must be approved by the Executive Director at least one week in advance of the scheduled Board meeting.

Board Presentation Policy by Grant Applicants
The Board of Directors does not permit in-person presentations by grant applicants. All applications are expected to stand on their own merit during the review process. However, at the Board's discretion, a personal presentation may be requested if a project is particularly complex or involves unique or extenuating circumstances.
