Black Hawk County Gaming Association board meetings are open to the public at the time, place, and dates below, following Iowa Chapters 21 and 22. The public may present information to the Board, but must receive prior approval to do so and the presentation must be part of the meeting agenda.  Requests to appear on the agenda should be directed to the executive director at least one week prior to the scheduled meeting. Any changes to the meetings and/or agendas will be posted with 24 hours of the meeting dates.

Please note: The Board of Directors does not allow in-person presentations by grant applicants and expects grant applications to stand upon their own merit. However, at the members’ discretion, the Board may request a personal presentation if a project is particularly complex or involves unusual or extenuating circumstances.
